Re: Altered Challenge? Whenever I see Matt Treasure K-Trans altered I always stop and watch, this thing is so quick I just love it. Its one frigen angry altered. To die hard drag fans we could, but to joe public handicap racing just wont excite them as much as the rest of us. But hey if it happens im there with bells on if the prize money is right.

Re: Altered Challenge? and after seeing the altered's on One HD yesterday, and especially Walshe in the Comp final, I think we'd be mad not to attempt this type of deal  Why don't you guys that have altered's get into Willowbanks ear and have that as part of the USA TD / Funny Car / Altered event in Jan

I remember when the old man was running strong in MS in super stock back in the surfers days and early on at W'bank, but I was totally in awe of altereds, always have been and always will be. Something about having a wing hangin on the front, one out back above, and smoke just peeling off either side, way cool. Would be awesome to see a heap of these cars all running at one meet!

Do you really think Bushdog is the type of guy to ask if he can do something? So what can we all do to get this concept off the ground. We would need a sponsor to start I guess. I agree with the fuel tuning,no-one is going to learn how to tune nostalga nitro if the promotors don't make the effort to get things rolling. theres a great show there waiting to be developed. Trevor |

Re: Altered Challenge? That video looks like the Tucson track, tested there years ago with Cowins. Your best bet is still to get with the Nostalgia group. Would fit perfectly with their program.
